We use modal verbs to show if we believe something is certain, probable or possible (or not). We also use modals to do things like talking about ability, asking permission making requests and offers, and so on.

The students have to know something about the modal verbs, what the modal verbs are, what their use is, and they have to be able to give at least one example of the majority of them.The objective of the next activity is to work with students and make an activity in order to teach to the students which the modal verbs are, what and how their use is, how the pronunciation of them is, and all the characteristics of the Modal Verbs in fact. To make that all the students practice pronunciation and give evidence of that.
